Engagement Photo Session Markham Civic Center Park Ontario GTA

Engagement Photo Session Markham Civic Center Park Ontario GTA
It was a lot of fun photographing for Anita and Ming’s engagement session at a park beside the Markham Civic Centre. We had the couple holding each other. The lighting under the shade was perfect to bring out the simple yet elegant design of Anita’s red dress with large yellow polka dots. More details on www.juliesgallery.com

The couple was very natural with their poses. The bokeh greatly enhanced Anita’s make-up, and especially those eyelashes!
We had Ming standing against a tree in the park, he was waiting for his fiance arriving from a distance.
We did shoot this romantic moment of the engaged couple holding hands under the trees.
We have a playful couple against this nice green scenary.
First, a hug between the couple. The contrast from the bokeh in the background really brought out the the couple’s features and their attire. We loved that elegant pearl necklace and the soft champagne coloured dress on Anita!
Next, we had a very sweet pose with Anita surprising Ming from behind the park bench.
This shot of the engaged couple hugging was one of our favourites. Their expressions were so sweet and full of joy, and the leafy background gave an overall enchanting impression on the photo.
We caught more playful moments of the couple as they tried to catch each other around the tree.
As the saying “a picture is worth a thousand words” goes, a photo of the couple with hands and arms together, with an engagement ring in between, that is enough to describe the romance bewteen the two. Focusing on Ming’s expression, we were able to bring out how fortunate he felt to be with his fiance.
We also had Anita lying comfortably on Ming’s lap to show that she felt just as fortunate to be engaged with her fiance.
The open shade was great for capturing calm moments. We had Ming looking at his fiance and Anita resting comfortably on him. The couple looked very sweet! It was our pleasure photographing for Anita and Ming’s engagement session.

Anna’s entrance from the top of the staircase marked the beginning of the new couple’s wedding celebration on June 9th, 2011. More details on www.juliesgallery.com

There were smiles and all kinds of positive emotions as the new couple and their families got ready for a photo in front of the fountain at Edward’s Gardens.

We were very fortunate to have the lovely weather on the day to capture so many beautiful photos of Anna and Ilia. The closeness of the couple could not be better expressed than the groom having his arms around his bride in a back-hug...

...or the emotions they have shown as they spent time together on the bridge

...or how much affections they have for each other as they posed for this photo by the tree.

This candid shot caught the playful moment of the new couple at the Toronto Botanical Garden.
The wedding ceremony took place at The Avenue Banquets. Anna and Ilia continued to show their positive emotions as they smiled for this photo from inside the limousine.

Signing of the ketubah ceremony

With her parents by her sides, Anna walked down the aisle to meet with Ilia to exchange their marriage vows.

The two were officially married. Congratulations Anna and Ilia!

The wedding reception also took place at The Avenue Banquets, an elegant venue for the celebration.

Cocktail wedding reception at The Avenue Banquets Hall

More wonderful moments of the new couple were captured again in a series of candid shots:

The Entrance, taken when Anna and Ilia made their entrance into the hall.

The Wedding Toast

The Dance. The couple’s first dance was so glamorous and dream-like under the spectacular lighting and mist.

And finally, the kiss.
It was our pleasure to photograph for this lovely couple’s wedding. We wish them all the best in their journey up ahead!

A new journey began for Ashley and Adam on Saturday, May 7th, 2011. Here, we can see the growing excitement in Ashley’s eyes as her Maid of Honour helped her with the final touch-ups for the wedding ceremony. More details on http://www.juliesgallery.com/

It was finally time to head off to the ceremony. Whether the bride or her parents were the happier ones... it was difficult to tell.

Meanwhile, Adam had been waiting patiently as he anticipated the arrival of his beautiful bride. Oh Adam, he was very good with restraining his excitement!

Ashley and Adam were officially married on the patio of Teatro Conference and Event Centre. The smiles on the new couple’s faces were priceless as they were congratulated by their families and friends.

Two families became one big family after this very special and memorable day.

The groom, his groomsmen, and the bride and her bridesmaids all looked stunning in their outfits!

This gorgeous moment was captured by the Mill Pond in Centennial Park; a moment for only Ashley and Adam.

There is still a long path up ahead for the new couple, as their journey has just begun.

Adam and his groomsmen could not look mightier. Great pose, gentlemen!

Here are Ashley and her bridesmaids. Everyone is looking so elegant in those dresses!

This is another special moment for Ashley and Adam on the fields of Centennial Park.

After a nice walk around the park, the day continued with dinner reception at Tivoli Room, Teatro Conference and Event Centre. It looked like the couple had a surprise.

The wedding could not have been more successful with everyone having a great time participating in the centrepiece contest.

Finally it was time to cut the beautifully decorated wedding cake.

What is a better way to conclude this grand celebration than seeing a sweet and romantic kiss shared between the couple? Best wishes, and congratulations, Ashley and Adam!
