Photos from our trip to Rocky Mountains and Vancouver

First we started off from beautiful Lake Louise located in Alberta. The water in this lake is turquoise color and is absolutely stunning.

This beautiful lake shore in Banff National Park was hiding away from the main road and Vladimir had to do quite a walk to take this shot.
 Waterfalls... water cascading over rocks...

...and here is the upside-down view. Do you see a tiny figure on the road? It is me. This is just to give you an idea of how high and magnificent this waterfall is.  By the way this picture is taken from the mid point of the waterfall.

Some green leaves

...and some red berries in British Columbia parks

Beautiful water lily from the Beaver Lake in Stanley Park, Vancouver

Yellow roses from the Rose Garden in Stanley Park, Vancouver

and last, but not least let me introduce to you our furry friend  from the trip

If you like any of the pictures and want to purchase a high resolution image to use as a wallpaper or make an enlargement to frame e-mail us at

Beauty Tips for the Bride: Looking Your Best on Your Wedding Day

Do a manicure as guests will want to see your rings and there will be close-up shots of your hands with the wedding bands.

Get your eyebrows done to make them look neat. Do it 3-4 days before your Wedding Day, rather than a same day or just a day before appointment. This will save you time and will allow the redness and irritation to settle and disappear.

Apply a lip balm on your lips before you go to bed the night before your Wedding Day and sleep with it on to ensure your lips are moisturized and ready for the day full of smiles and kisses.

Tanning before Wedding Day is tricky. It gives you a nice sun kissed look, but dries out your skin. If you decide to tan, make sure you moisturize your skin well.

Beauty sleep is absolutely essential so plan your Bridal Shower or Bachelorette Party the weekend before your Wedding. Avoid partying too close to your Wedding Day, as you want to be well rested, ready to pose for beautiful pictures and shine thought your special day.

Book a trial bridal make-up and hair appointments. Share your ideas, likes and dislikes and bring pictures of bridal make-up and up-dos that you are interested in trying to help you express your wishes to your trial appointment with your make-up artist and hairdresser.

Julies Gallery Wedding Photography Frequently Asked Questions
Please contact us:
(416) 417-4913

What styles of Wedding Photography do you use?
We use three main styles of Wedding Photography and adjust according to our clients preferences:
Traditional wedding photography is the way it all started. This is what you have probably seen in countless wedding photographs. The main element of this style is posed photographs during important moments.

The Photojournalistic style has recently become very popular. It aims for candid photos throughout the day. This results in unique images that tell a story.

In Illustrative wedding photography the photographer provides direction and the couple together with their bridal party are encouraged to interact, This results in a more spontaneous feel. Illustrative wedding photography is said to bring out the more wedding photographer's 'artistic' creative and compositional skills rather than simply capturing a series of moments.
